Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States except for AL, AR, KA, KY, LA, MA, MI, MS, ND, SD, UT and WI. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which result in our shipping company not being able to deliver the order.

Legal Age & Signature

YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. The buyer must ensure that the recipient is 21 years of age. Proof of age and a signature will be required at the time of delivery. We will not be able to refund your order if your package comes back due to the inability to provide legal proof of age. Shipping to your work address is a good way to ensure successful delivery!

Shipping Methods, Times, & Tracking

We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of when you place your order. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). Shipping options show approximate transit times after the order is processed, and does not include the 1-2 business days required to process orders.

We ship from New York using FedEx, UPS, and regional carriers. Delivery times vary by destination and can take 2-14 days to deliver to the final address once processed depending on your location - specific estimates are provided for each state at checkout. After your order has shipped, tracking information is sent out in a shipping confirmation email.

Note to Illinois customers: Due to shipping restrictions, orders bound for IL are shipped every Friday by the carrier UDS. Unfortunately, express options are unavailable to your state.

Note to Texas customers: Due to shipping restrictions, orders bound for TX are shipped every Wednesday by the carrier LSO. Once picked up, packages are shipped express.

Note to Hawaii and Alaska Customers: Please email us before placing an order, as special shipping options are required.

Cancelling or Modifying Your Order

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we cannot guarantee cancellation requests or modifications will be processed prior to order shipping. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact info@ohzamimosas.com within 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns

‍Due to their perishable nature, our products may not be returned nor exchanged.

However, if you have concerns or problems with the products you receive, please contact us at info@ohzamimosas.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please provide your name, order number, and which items you received. Our team will attempt to resolve any issue.

Merch

‍Our apparel is shipped from a different location than our beverages, therefore a separate order needs to be made for merch.
